How to report

  1. Take a photo

    Add a clear photo of the issue (up to 3 photos, 5 MB each).

  2. Mark the location

    The report saves exactly where you tap on the map or drag the pin. Place the pin at the actual issue location, or press “Use my current location” to place it where you are.

  3. Choose a division and category

    Select the division where the issue happened and the category that best describes it.

  4. Describe the issue and choose its severity

    Write a detailed description and select how severe the issue is.

  5. Submit the report

    Press “Submit report”. You will receive a report code that you can use later to check its status.

Potholes, broken lights, piled-up trash? Report them with a photo.

Take a photo, mark the location, and submit. Follow the issue on the map through resolution.
